ABOUT THE PROJECT
Kimberly Murphree is a real estate agent with over two decades of experience in the industry and while that makes her an expert agent, she believes it should never remove the fun. She had developed a motto on how she conducts her business many years ago and lives by those “three simple rules” in life and while working with clients each day: work hard, have fun and be good to people.
Dryer Creative was hired to highlight Kimberly’s big personality in her branding while maintaining a professional, clear, and concise design presentation.
OUR APPROACH
Kimberly had sourced phenomenal professional photography which gave me the ammunition needed to bring her three values to life in a graphical presentation. I was able to pull photos that spoke to her tagline which was stylized using three circles as Kimberly was very clear that she wanted to avoid straight and boxy lines whenever possible.
Another core understanding in this project was the necessity to avoid traditional industry colors but keeping a bold palette. Since Kimberly’s logo had been designed several years back, I was able to simply add a third color to the mix which was a bold purple as it accented the darker teal and lime green nicely.
The website was the final piece to this project, and I engaged Amy Gelfand with Gelfand Design for the development. We were able to utilize the core branding, graphical elements, font styling and the professional photography to really bring Kimberly’s personality to life. Copywriting was key for a good user experience along with a fully functioning IDX integration and visually appealing blog.
